Return Process

    Log into your Luvme Hair account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our 24/7 customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

    Prepare Your Package

    Ensure the hair is in its original condition (lace uncut, hair unwashed, and original tags attached) and place it securely in the original Luvme Hair silk bag and box.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, making sure to keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

  • 4.
    Quality Check & Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm it meets our hygiene standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
